- Please make your cancellation in writing (email is fine, but if you don’t receive an acknowledgment within three business days please email again and/or send snail mail.)
- Cancellations 90 days before the start of the retreat will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations 89-60 days before the start of the retreat will receive a 50% refund.
There is no refund for cancellations received less than 60 days before the start of the retreat – no exceptions and that includes Covid-19.
I reserve the right to cancel a retreat 5 weeks prior to the event if there is not a minimum number of guests registered and refunds will be issued. There will be no refunds if the event is canceled 30 days before the event due to circumstances beyond my control, such as the weather, government-mandated shutdowns, or the moon crashing into the earth……..stuff like that as contractual obligations with the hotel will still need to be paid.
